I was able to flasg dd-wrt on my NR22/Y, and it's good!! But since I would like to use "Xlink Kai", the feature seems doen't exist in std version. Dose it possible to flash kaid version or other version which contain it?
I'm currently usind this router with dd-wrt at Repeater Brigde mode, so it is now bonded to my main router via wireless(as client).
My question is, is there any power saving mode in dd-wrt, such as when this client router doesn't use internet for a time, it cuts connection? And when a request, it quickly reconnects again.
I setted Tx Power to 25 and it still acts like as 71. I read somewhere that Ralink datasheet is 14Dbm, which is 25mW.
Secondly, I'm currently using it at dd-wrt Repeater Bridge mode, attached to my main router via wireless, and works flawlassly. But When I restart my main router, dd-wrt don't connects automatically again, I have to restart dd-wrt manually(power off/on). Are there anything I can do?
1.Make sure NR22/Y connected to internet.
2.Login to NR22/Y by telnet.
3.Run "ddwrt.sh" then NR22/Y will automatically download and upgrade DD-WRT image.
This all worked very well for my no-name brand Ralink 3052 based router from Chinavasion, cheap as chips.
Must say, before following the steps above, I upgraded the stock firmware to the Aceex firmware
could somebody (BS) make firm that could be used to make SD card mod? or could I do it right now. I don't see MMC/SC Card Support in Administration tab.
or is there any hardware problems? _________________ 1X Unbranded Ralink SoC RT3052 based router (Dead)

Always with the same result that is just not working.
I'm not a complete noob i've installed and configured about 200 devices with dd-wrt ... Allnet Buffalo Linksys but this one will not work how i would expect it.
Normally i configure like following, but i tried even manually:

nvram set wl0.1_ssid="MySSID"
nvram set wl0.1_bridged="1"
nvram set wl0.1_key="1"
nvram set wl0.1_crypto="aes"
nvram set wl0X1_security_mode="wpa2"
nvram set wl0.1_akm="wpa2"
nvram set wl0.1_ap_isolate="1"
nvram set wl0.1_radius_ipaddr="123.123.123.123"
nvram set wl0.1_radius_key="mykey"
nvram set wl0.1_radius_port=1812
nvram set wl0.1_wpa_psk=""
nvram set wl0.1_auth="0"
nvram set wl0.1_wep="disabled"
nvram set wl0.1_wep_buf=":::::"
nvram set wl0.1_closed="0"
nvram set wl0.1_gtk_rekey="3600"
nvram set wl0.1_wpa_gtk_rekey="3600"

Not such file or directory
Followed HankChen's suggestion:
# mtd_write -r write /var/firmware Kernel
it first unlocking Kernel
then Writing from /var/firmware to Kernel ... [e] [k]
then router got reset...
connection to host lost
Goto 192.168.11.1 to see router webpage, it remains the same as before, no DDWRT got flashed.

I have tried that before, it showed
