special version for DLink dir-300 upgrade failed

I have purchase the special version for DLink dir-300
but after I use web page to upgrade this image.
then I can not access my dir-300 via web page & can not telnet my router (192.168.1.1:9000)

but I can access Internet.

What can I do now?
How to solve this issue?

reboot the router.
seems httpd is crashing
