WLI-TX4-G54HP MAC Address conflict

Hello,

Have been trying to set two Buffalo WLI-TX4-G54HP as APs over the same LAN segment, to allow roaming access to WiFi clients. Both APs were just flashed with recommended v24-sp2 (08/07/10) std. Each AP works independently without troubles, and clients can connect to any of them with the same security settings.
As soon as I connect the second AP to the network, sluggish behavior starts. Only one of the APs respond to pings, and the one that answers, gives indication the other is unreachable. Found both APs show the same MAC Address 00:0d:0b:91:00:00. Tried assigning a MAC using MAC Clone, but nothing changes.

found a script posted by eko that allowed me to set the mac address for each ap

nvram set et0macaddr=xx:xx:xx.~ (xx:~ = the mac on your sticker)
nvram commit
reboot
