There isn't much point. The router isn't yet supported and no-one has ever stated it is....attempts were made by the discovery of a version of firmware that appeared in the build folders. It may be weeks or months away before a build works. Hard to raise a ticket on it not working if it's a work in progress.
So what? They released the file on FTP means it *did* work for them! So if you report the issue, it will only help them to get it working faster! Its not a support ticket. Its a bug report! There's a difference

I'm not sure that just because there are files on an FTP server means anything...and raising a bug report for "Doesn't work" isn't an incentive to get anything working faster...but by all means raise one if you feel that way.
I have to claim first that I do "not" have "Asus RT-N13U". I upload this image to Ralink RT3052 board that without USB connector.
I connect the RS232 cable to use console command. Select " 2: Load system code then write to Flash via TFTP " on u-boot booting menu. Setup the tftp server and download the trx file to upgrade.
Not sure if the RT-N13U bootloader is the same as my board. And not sure the RS232 pin define on RT-N13U, too.
