take a look at these sites :

http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/WRT54GL_MAX232_Serial
http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/HowTo/AddASerialPort

They have some good information. Basically, you need to build the circuit and connect it to a serial port. If your computer don´t have a serial port, follow the route using a cellphone cable. They mention some for Siemens and Nokia phones that people has have success with.

No need to hurry, read and understand the circuit function before starting.

How to make MAXIM MAX 3232 converter ? Is it possible to make it ? thanks a lot for help

Please, read the sites. They describe how to make the converter.

If you are not used to soldering, print the pages and take them to a friend that does. Or search ebay for a ready-made adapter.

Sorry, I do not understand russian ( would like to learn, but haven´t got time yet ) .

From some pictures in your link, I believe it is a perfurated board. You can use that, and them build the circuit like in the links I posted.

Maybe it is easier to find an usb cable for a cell phone. The links also talk about some models. The DKU-5 for the nokia is one :
http://www.neolics.com/pdfs/dku-5.pdf
Also
http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/hardware/port.serial
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/LaFonera_Hardware_Serial-Cable-Port
As you can see in this last link, there is even a way to do it with transistors instead of the MAX3232. But I would recommend the usb cellphone cable to you , as it is easier to adapt. Of cours, it depends if you can find the right model of cables in your country.

Lets try to simplify :

1 - Find in the stores or online a DKU-5 cable for Nokia cell phones

or

2 - build a MAX3232 circuit like those in the links I posted.

Also, read the link dreamerchant posted. It explains how to build the adapter, and where to connect. As it is in russian, is should be easier for you to understand.

Read many times the procedure, until you understand it. Then use the right files ( download them from the Tenda website, and be sure about the model ) .

And, well, honestly : If you are much afraid of doing all this, maybe it would be better to pay someone to do it, or buy another router. For practical purposes, your router is already bricked. You can fix it, or not. If something goes wrong and it really stops working, well, you will be in the same situation you are now.

Can you give link, where I can download H2_v3.2.4h and the newest H2 for wireless router Tenda W311R+ . THANKS IN ADVANCE I will read, read and after that I will repair my router. 3.2.5e
http://www.tenda.cn/tendacn/DownLoads/show.aspx?downid=718

3.2.5.n
http://www.tenda.cn/tendacn/DownLoads/show.aspx?downid=719

Theese should work with your router.

Also, avoid options in the process to change the bootloader. While there is a bootloader working, you can still save the router.
