I am looking to see if there is any JTAG on the D-Link DIR-130, and if there is any DD-WRT support for it?

Not in the supported devices wiki = most unlikely. That looks like a jtag port in the first picture, but on some routers what looks like a jtag port, isn't (wrt300n)
