why no change in the kong build number?

kong has had two build releases since 12/18/16 but the build number has not changed why?

I think Kong made some quick fixes to try and solve some reported issues, as they were minor changes, he's probably just done some quick patches and not released them under a whole new new build.

Some times the changes he makes are not committed to the SVN until confirmed working.
