WRT300N JTAG method on windows 10

Hello,

I am trying to follow the instructions from the following thread: http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=55491

However, when I try Step #3 I get an error message in the status: "An unexpected error occured"

I am using Windows10 and I suspect this might be causing the error.

Is there any way to make this work on Windows 10?

Any help would be appreciated.
