WZR-HP-G300NH client problem

I use WZR-HP-G300NH for client mode but the rate is not stable,often slow (1-18Mbps)internet ~ 30KB/s.When refresh Site Survey, rate is raise from 1 to 18Mbps and internet download from 30->400KB/s.I always refresh Site Survey about 3mins/ to keep this rate.how can i solve this problem.firmware DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/07/10) std - build 14402.thanks
