GW2358 ipkg probleme

Hallo,
ich versuche gerade mit ipkg ein update zu machen. leider sagt er immer
ipkg -d ram update
mkdir: cannot create directory '//usr/local/lib/': Operation not permitted

Ich gehe über eine SSH/putty Session als root rein.

die ipkg.conf sieht so aus
src whiterussian http://downloads.openwrt.org/whiterussian/packages
src non-free http://downloads.openwrt.org/whiterussian/packages/non-free
src backports http://downloads.openwrt.org/backports/rc5
dest root /usr/local
dest smbfs /tmp/smbshare
dest ram /tmp

Was mach ich falsch?

it will not work

whiterussian has no IXP support
