I just upgraded from a Belkin F5D8235-4 V1 to a Netgear WNDR3700.

If other folks are willing to cover the shipping costs, I'd be glad to send my F5D8235-4 V1 to Germany to support a DD-WRT port.

I just checked shipping rates from Ann Arbor 48104 to 64625 Bensheim.

DHL wants $101.14.
FedEx wants $95.63.
UPS wants $110.86.

Is there a more economical shipper?

20 Euros = 28 Dollars at the current exchange rate. Three more people at that rate would cover the cost.

Its been a long while, just curious if anyone was able to get the device shipped out for testing. I have the V1 of this device and still waiting to get my hands on the dd-wrt firmware. I didnt see any updates yet on the website, seems like there is still a pretty big demand for it.

Appreciate any updates!

Thanks.

I have a unit that I would be willing to donate, if one is desired.

I emailed hardwaredonation@dd-wrt.com but I received no response.

it's sad, because it's a nice and cheap N router with 4x gigabit ethernet ports. the only problem is the belkin firmware.

So nobody is going to do anything about this? There was a pretty helpful turn out, but it's like the Router List just completely disavows the existence of F5D8235-4 v1000. And the Wiki page on OpenWRT sucks something chronic due to vagueness...
