I haven't tried any other firmware than stock ASUS builds.

LOM said to me that the DD-WRT team are entire busy with Bufalo routers, and there's a queue of donated routers, so even if i send a router, they can't port it now.
Our hope are external developers/contributors to port it for us.
Anyway, i think that if this model have just more RAM and Flash, it should be ported in 15 minutes by experienced developers.

Asus stock firmware is buggy. Qos and Ezqos don't work.
Dwnload Master is not finished.
DD-WRT is my only hope.
Thanks guys.

Oh believe me, I'm waiting with bated breath for it to come around. The stock firmware is merely adequate at best, but it's what we've got for now.
I'm sure it will come in time.
