Franciz, have you been able to flash the above file into wa-5210g.
If yes, can you please share the process how you did it?
I couldn't, they are charging $10 for 1 activation now. And besides that, the only router i have is installed 8 kms from here and i think i should not try upgrading the firmware over wifi (I am too lazy to go there, so i think i will not buy it )
EDIT: if the dd-wrt team makes a working firmware for the device, i will surely change it

We have two option Use some SPI programmer and re flash firmware directly to the board, or hack Russian soft. Is true that they are working hard to have this result, but this is not fair play. They use dd-wrt and free resource and make money from this
Hi. i use full flash and Flash programmer. I'm desolderinig Flash memory, write full flash with programmer and soldering again. I made 5 devices , all working perfect.

AS i said earlier, after installing the microredboot the unit is turned into a 100% ubnt nanostation clone and will behave Luke this. so there is no need for a dedicated build. _________________ Forum Guidelines...How to get help

Hi i see that Ubiquiti MiniStation and WA5210 are similar hardware. The different is only LAN chip. I take full flash from Nanostation 2 and put to the WA5210 with Elnec programmer. All working very well. I see that for Ministation we have support from dd-wrt. My question is what will happen if i use this method and re flash WA5210. Will work or not?
