i have o Olivislink EVO-DSL04 recently i have upgrade it with o wrong firmware
now the routeur is off line Sad and i can't access to the web ccontrole
please how i do to jtag and what i need please help me

This is a modem/router combo and hence not supported by dd-wrt so your question does not belong in this forum.
