I did 30x30x30 and still nothing. The reset does not work at all press the reset and nothing happens with the led's. Led's should all light up once pressing reset but it don't.
I don't know where you got the LEDs lighting up as soon as you press the reset button but that hasn't happened to me. The power button is supposed to turn amber rather than green during the time of the reset. This is with both the Netgear and DD-WRT firmwares (at least in my experience over the past two days).
I am talking about the reset button. Not the power button.
When I press the reset button the LED lights do not change.
Of course they change when I press the power button.
They should change when I press the reset button.

Yeah, when you press the reset button the power light should change from green to amber. If you push the power button all of the lights should go off.
Edit:

Obviously. It is not doing this.
It is getting an 169 IP and I cannot get into it.
I don't mean to undermine you or anything but are you aware that this particular router has a wireless on/off button that is similar in size to the reset button?
A 169 ip is self assigned by the computer when it doesn't have a network connection.
What you can try to do is spoof the mac address of the computer with that of one of the cameras. Once you do that, reset the router (Administration/>Factory Defaults) and start from scratch.
Starks, can you dump your WNDR3400 CVNA firmware for me? My router is stuck in TFTP mode, and I need a valid image to flash it. I can't find the CVNA firmware anywhere.
