I haven't experienced this personally, but I've heard about it on a v1. The wiki has some info here. It might be helpful, but I'm not sure if it'll work on a v2. Read it carefully before trying it because involves flashing over WLAN, which can turn nasty if it fails/loses connection.
After flashing the v24 / 12-12-06 std, on to my WRT54G v2.0. All of the LAN ports failed to accept any connection but the lights turn on. The WLAN worked fine. I decided to flash to v24 / 11-12-06 over WLAN, it worked, the LAN ports started working but then the WLAN was not broadcasting any signal. So I flashed to v24 / 08-12-06 and every thing seems ok at this time.

Thank you for the replys,
Thanks to you I have successfully flashed back to dd-wrt v24 / 08-12-06 and all seems fine!
I knew I couldn't be the only one in this situation, and i apreciate your quick responses.
Maybe the developers are trying something as the last few betas have different side effects. Prometheus53189 reports his wr54g v2 also behaves the same, so this thread might be useful to more people who found them selves in our situation.

If I remember it right, it happened to me once when I set the router to "client" mode. Make sure if you all 4 ports checked for LAN access, although I forgot which page is that under.
