Hi,

Until recently I used a Netgear router until a free DIR-615 D4 arrived from Virginmedia after an upgrade to 50Mb.

Today I loaded it with DD-WRT as the stock firmware was faulty re DHCP static leases.

One thing I LOVED about the old netgear is that anything blocked resulted in a "BLOCKED" message. So far, all I can get from DD-WRT is a standard browser response of "This web page is not available", which is not as useful.

Is this the correct way the feature operates? If so are there any addons which make it a little more informative?

Also, I need whole network filtering to a degree of sophistication beyond what netgear / opendns can provide. I see that DD-WRT gives me 90. 10 rules x 9 URLs per rule. Nearly enough, and a little clunky. Can I access a list anywhere via SSH to give me more / make it easier?

Thanks.

(Much searching / reading done. Go easy on me, I'm not close enough to the jargon yet Wink Thanks)
