Why can't I ping anything?

The items are connected. I can see them. I can't ping them from each other. I can't ping them from the router. Both are win7 boxes.

root@Indigo:~# ping 192.168.1.127
PING 192.168.1.127 (192.168.1.127): 56 data bytes

root@Indigo:~# arp -a
VNC4000 (192.168.1.127) at 00:1E:33:6B:89:72 [ether] on br0
ASX4000 (192.168.1.132) at 1C:6F:65:90:21:9D [ether] on br0

root@Indigo:~# ping 192.168.1.127
PING 192.168.1.127 (192.168.1.127): 56 data bytes

--- 192.168.1.127 ping statistics ---
19 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
root@Indigo:~# ping 192.168.1.132
PING 192.168.1.132 (192.168.1.132): 56 data bytes
