can i solder coax instead of using ufl ?

I have plenty of lmr195 can i solder this instead of using ufl connectors? I got a cheap belkin i want to experiment with some external antennas

Yes, you can solder it. Make sure you solder the shield as well as the center conductor.

i know theres always a risk with soldering but because i noticed on some boards, theres always a spot where you can solder the coax shield, and another for the coax center core. I wasnt so sure with these ufl connections. Im still looking for more pics to verify this.

Forget it looking at the center pin its so small its going to be a pain in the butt to solder to it.
