i tried those files for a 941nd v2/v3 but nothing,succesfull upgrade but the same firmware as before,dd-wrt 15778 and without possibility to save settings, its bricked, any suggestion to help? or to throw it away?

a good hint for all user would be to use internet explorer or firefox for the upgrade process.

v1.'whatever number you choose' is still v1. The second number shows the firmware version it comes with.
