Sorry I had my router (wrt610n v2) running 480MHz and not o/c. I'm going to overclock it now and post the results.

Yeah it is interesting to see these results. Makes me wonder why manufacturers don't use more powerful CPUs, especially in the ones with a USB port. I bet if the CPU was like in my NAS ($50 CAD!!), then we would be seeng much better speeds in samba).
