What are your current speeds right now? From one of your previous posts I see you're still using the mini build. You might want to go to the full build.
SNB running the stock firmware got their throughput to 700-800Mbps range for LAN to WAN. Looks like you are getting about half to a third of that so it can be more. Their wireless results were worse than yours. Wireless performance for them got about half of what you are getting. Without knowing your settings can't really help you. I'm not even sure if you want to fix it considering your wireless performance is better than their test results.
Well If Asus is reading this thread... I hope they fix the NAT problem. (...)
What NAT problem?

There are som issues loading web pages correctly. With the latest firmware it cant load .css og .js files on a few web pages, because something strange happens with the DNS or routing (I'm not really shure what it is). So web pages like wordpress.org and jquery.com don't display images. Only text.
JensenScandinavia had a similar problem, I asked them about this and what they did to fix it. They told me it was a NAT problem.
The beta firmware was all good when I first got my router in January, but now I got this web page problem.
So I think I'm gonna install DD-WRT. I can see that some people are using mini-version so I might try...

Edit: I've tried several DNS servers but no luck.
I suspect it is more an MTU problem than a DNS problem. If you are on PPPoE then try using a lower MTU.

It's DHCP. No PPPoE.
How come the problem came with the latest firmware updates? In beta everything was ok.

That it is a NAT problem is as likely as that it is a carburettor problem, the router does not check the http packets to see if they contain pure html code, javascript, or stylesheets before forwarding them.
Problems like this has in the past often been MTU problem. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!

If you do have any tip/solution I could try, I would be very happy
I dont know if the dd-wrt version for rt-n66u, mini version is stable, so I'm waiting for more feedback. I recon it is my only solution...

After testing last dd-wrt build vs 092 EN Shibby's tomato, Tomato has edged out dd-wrt! _________________
