Hi, I have a DIR-615 C1 runnng DD-WRT Brainslayer SVN revision 17201. I tried the Firmware Upgrade Mode but when i clicked upload i waiting for ~5 mins and nothing happens. It just says waiting for 192.168.0.1 on the status bar on IE, FF and Chrome. I tried holding reset button for 30 secs but nothing happens. Any suggestions to fixing this problem?

I am not sure if i understand this correctly..

1. You already have dd-wrt running on the unit, correct?

2. What exactly are you doing that you need to run the "Firmware Upgrade Mode", are you upgrading to another build, and if so, which build number are you trying to upgrade to?

3. 192.168.0.1 is the default dlink ip, which is why i am asking are you already running dd-wrt on the unit, because according to your post - you state you are running 17201, which if you upgraded to another dd-wrt build, you'd need to switch up your IP to the usual dd-wrt one's subnet @ 192.168.1.1 - so your's would need to be like 192.168.1.8 etc. to even be able to access it.

1. Yeah

2. I forgot my pass so I cant access my router. I want to reset it. DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/14/11) std
(SVN revision 17201)

3. I am running DD-WRT FW. I used 192.168.0.2 and I can access the firmware upgrade mode. But it just uploads it and does nothing and i waiting for ~5 mins.

Yes, because after the upload and if you waited the 5 minutes, it should have went back to its dd-wrt default IP @ 192.168.1.1 so like i said, you need to switch yours to 192.168.1.8 (if you haven't already tried this) and access the webif accordingly.

It just stays there in the same page and does nothing.
EDIT: Which file should I use if I'm using firmware upgrade mode? Factory to dd-wrt?
