Hi, I am planning to port some new packages into DDWRT for Netgear R7000 platform. I have a requirement to enable glibc and Kernel version should be 4.XX. But Currently I couldn't able to find R7000 DDWRT with 4.XX kernel version. Could you please help me with these.
Any kind of help is appreciated!

Surely somone who has the ability to port packages knows the command to query the linux version?
(try: uname -r)

Hi guys thanks for responding. Actually I'm not looking for a prebuilt image for Netgear R7000 which has kernel version 4.XX.
I want to build my own image from source code for Netgear R7000 target. Previously they shared the steps to build for that target https://www.myopenrouter.com/article/how-build-dd-wrt-build-r7000-router. Here the source code is specific to R7000 and I followed the steps and it worked fine. But that has kernel version 2.6.36. So first question is 'Is there a latest ddwrt source code specific to R7000 with kernel version 4.XX' and the second is 'If it is not there, how to build image for R7000 with the source code provided in the below link https://github.com/mirror/dd-wrt'. Where can I find the detailed steps to build an image.
I know its a lot to ask But I just need a push.
Thanks in advance.

See: https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Development
You already found the source code, I sometimes use it to check up on possible bugs Smile

It is not an easy task to compile your own firmware.
I once started but abondoned the project.
Actually you seldom need it as we have Entware to install additional packages. See: https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Installing_Entware
and here for a list of packages: https://pkg.entware.net/binaries/armv7/Packages.html

But if you succeed please share your steps
