I do understand that they have a lot of work to do, and then answering everyones questions is not an easy job. And that sometimes they can be rude. I dont mind that. But there are instances when they could have just pointed us to the relevant link instead of just writing 'read the wiki'. ofcourse we have read the wiki anad after not finding the answer we are posting on the forum.
I have paid for dd-wrt on some of my devices and after that i am not able to get a reply from these guys. all they have to say is 'read the wiki' which is pretty much outdated as of today.

Hi.
Last year i made use of this post to obtain the firmware image file in order to flash my RouterStation Pro device. I went through aaaaall the process to leave it working with samba support for NTFS, etc etc.
Im in the process of expanding the network with RouterStation Pro devices, needing to configure them.
First thing on my checklist was to comeback here, and download the firmware to flash. The RouterStation Pro devices currently working fine are using:
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/14/11) std
First thing i noted when coming back was that the url link for the flash image is not working. So i went to the main DD-WRT Router Database webpage and downloaded from there.
There i got stuck. The version on the main web page is shown on the flashed router like this:
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10) std
And cannot proceed with the configuration because cant get the usb storage device to mount. By the way, i logged and recorded all the process last time i did it, so i'm certain the firmware image is the different piece in the puzzle.
Any help, or constructive comment will be appreciated. Already made one night worth of searches on the forum and wiki, but you know, maybe im missing something.
I have the same problem I'm try to mount the USB ext3 in my RouterStation Pro but I need to flash with the latest Firmware or current.
I used the current beta Firmware of the page DD-WRT; the current beta is: v24-sp2(08-07.10) but the USB ext3 isn't mount.
I started some research and I found the link to the Firmware image but doesn't work!!!! >.<''
I try with the current beta like you say but (again) doesn't work and I need to flash my RouterStation Pro to continue with the Samba configuration.
