i have nanostation m2 (28 dBm) , after installed dd-wrt firmware licenced version max tx power now is 18 only , please give me advice

i tried to change the country too many times
but tx power manually

reading reading reading wiki many times but nothing found

search on google nothing found

Set antenna gain to Zero.

whats your current country setting?
consider that most countries will only allow up to 20 dbm. so 18 dbm limit for a 2x2 802.11n device is normal (antenna combined power)

try New Zealand. it allows up to 30 dbm

That is equal to 1W. Does any other country allows more ?

No, but if they did it would not matter. The radio maximum is one watt. If you need more then install a 5 or 10 watt amplifier.
