The config partition apparently contains an automatic calculated checksum for the firmware so can't be overwritten, leaving 0x350000 for a firmware
You'd better ask Brainslayer if he can make a build (it will need PCI drivers for the radio) before asking for a donation..
Alright. I've got a WNR2000v3 that I'm willing to donate if needed. I tried PMing Brainslayer about doing a build for it, but I couldn't get it to send, most likely because I'm a noob. Should I just go ahead and donate it?
Hey all! I realize that there is a lot of work that goes into supporting each device and hopefully this doesn't come over needy! I am living abroad right now and have limited options for devices -- having just found that my WNR2000 is indeed v3, I'm hoping to get a sense as to the timing (if ever) that support for v3 might be picked up. Any sense of timing will greatly help in me determining whether to go through extraordinary lengths to find another DD-WRT router in my region. Thanks much for both a response and all the hard work that goes into DD-WRT!

So what is going on with this router? there has been no follow up in over a month now. Has a router been donated yet? Is it something we can look forward to? omeone? ANyone?
