working here fine for my dir-300 b1 except that http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/ticket/1868 and again there are no way to get working control for vlan interfaces. (not responding to nvram/http setted settings)

reflashed from 15704.
solution from ticket helped fixing issue with port forwarding.
after reflash i was cant login to the router (respoding to telnet but not httpd) - web gui was saying that reflash was done successfully. reboot router => its working.

Tested with WHR-G300N. Wireless/Basic Settings can neither be saved nor applied in the following configuration
Wireless Mode: Repeater Bridge
Wireless Network Mode: N-only
Channel Width: 40 MHz

Since I can't use repeater bridge mode, I am going back to 15778, once again.

sorry,i'm poor in english

I have a dir600b2 flash build 16214, when I use client mode connect to a wpa aes encryption routing (tp340G)

when using wpa Found in the web management interface the wireless connection status display disappear after again display disappear. wep encrypted wireless connection status display normal
(1) This part is when play the game counter-strike, ping the remote gateway. Ping result of this fairly normal.
(2) This section has just closed the game counter-strike, no data to initiate ping requests there have been continuous high latency, this is just off the game, oh.
(3) Close all programs using the internet

Is this route powersave functions. . .

Now flash back to the build 14311
the tp340G wpa aes key WLdESB!9VD/v@,s5#([At%EA2H^]$2x?h<%w?k=1i'oe}&3xc-SLgDy)V~)n!$2

I do not know that it is related or not to the upgrade itself but the only difference between two states is the upgrade.

I had used r15962 and my dual boot system works (Windows XP + Ubuntu Linux 10.10) well. I have upgraded to r16214 and my Windows works but my Ubuntu Linux cannot get ip address through DHCP. I try to connect manually with Network Manager but no success. Then I would like to upgrade my Ubuntu to the latest Debian and Debian install CD cannot get ip address. Is there any similar experience? Take a look into logs but no errors.

Now I downgrade to r15962 and hope it will help. I am using a DIR300 revB.

Update: Factory Reset helps.

ASUS RT-N15

-Still getting 8 mbit instead of 30 when using PPTP
-Tried both PPTP WAN & PPTP Client
-Have to click Apply manually on Security tab before NAT starts working (PPTP WAN mode). PPTP Client mode works fine in this case.

I made sure to disable buffering & encryption.
The same router with ASUS fw gives full bandwidth over pptp.

Is there anything I could help to investigate the issue?

Hi Sash. Are you guys planning to take a look at this ticket. Or is it currently too low in your list of priorities? Not that I am complaining, 15778 is just fine for me.

The method to assign IP's to bridges in the GUI has changed in this build. If you create bridges on the Networking page for your configuration read this thread for details about the change.

Hi phuzi0n, do you think such a change can have an effect on setting up a wireless repeater bridge? I did not need to explicitly define a bridge in the GUI after setting the wireless interface as repeater bridge with the earlier builds. Thanks!
