After taking the wiki steps, and only after you managed to do the RB (Repeater bridge) without VI (Virtual Interface) working, you may try this:

Go in Setup -> Mac address clone -> enable -> second row, fill in in your AP's router WAN MAC, save, apply settings, reboot ... voilla

I suspect this works for me only couse my internet is provided by mac. So if this works, please come back and report if yours is too. If I suspect wrong we maybe update the wiki too.

My Network:
Dir-635 b3, runing original 2.34 as an AP with Printer, HD, Scaner atached to its usb
Dir-615 d3, runing dd-wrt v24 sp2 std 15778 as RB with wired PC and other wirelles devices.
