Currently running dd-wrt.v24-16214_NEWD-2_K2.6_std_usb_nas-e2000 on two E2000 routers. One router I have as my main and the second I have as a client bridge. I have setup both to 5 GHz. My primary router by itself will give a solid 300 Mbps rate as reported by ddwrt mainpage. However when I connect my second E2000 as a bridge it will drop to 108 Mbps and sometimes 54 Mbps. Is there something I am doing wrong? I followed all the instructions in the DDWRT wiki as to adjusting the router for better connectivity and still the same. I don't get this problem when I run the routers in 2.4 GHz. Is there something up with the 5 GHz?
