Kong's DD-WRT build 29580M - 2016/05/06 has been released: http://desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-Arm/

Your reports for Broadcom units are greatly appreciated !

This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29440_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

My smart tv on 5ghz not works. Tv is connect to R7000 but there is no internet on it. Android phone on 5ghz works fine, only problem with tv. Roll back to 29440M and all good, exepts that some time internet stack on android phone for around 30 seconds or 1 minute.
I was try to flash 2 times with factory reset.

I use my r7000 mainly as a router with QOS only; no wireless. Everything looks good so far.

R7000 with WAN DHCP didn't complete and had no internet connectivity.
Was showing an IP address but, no DNS assignments.

The R7000 and R8500 with static WAN IP was OK.

I lost Internet on my R7000 as well, but in my case, putting WAN on static didn't help. I had an older build (29000 from 1/31) on my system, loaded that up, still didn't have Internet until I put it back to dhcp.

My second R7000 is setup as a static AP on the network and is fat, dumb and happy.

The R8500 has a static WAN connected to a pfsense router and wasn't affected by the firmware change.

Only the R7000 with WAN DHCP activated had a problem. I did not reset the nvram yet. I'll try that when activity on the net (my wife) goes to bed.

Every time in the past I've done a reset to defaults, I've had to tftp firmware back on. So I've avoided it for quite a long time.

On my R7000 I have WAN with DHCP and no problem.

Perhaps a problem with your configuration.
Did you try to reset defaults and configure again from scratch ?
