Wireless Station and AP simultaneously on a single router?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to figure out if is somehow possible to setup an one single wireless router as wireless Access point and also as wireless Station to connect to another wireless router? I need to create a separate WLAN but also need to share internet connection from another wireless router.
For example: 2.4Ghz for Station and 5Ghz for WLAN?
