I've been emailing support for days with an issue related to an activation of the x86 release of dd-wrt. I am quite aware of the solution but needed support's assistance in resetting the activation. However, after days of emailing with no response or acknowledgement, I've since contacted another software vendor that has been immensely helpful in getting my client site up and running with said other vendors software. At this point I am requesting a refund for my DD-WRT pro license and STILL being ignored. It is beyond infuriating. Is there a phone number or direct email that I can utilize?

If money is involved, you should talk to the relevant persons directly, via email if not a phone number.
For we amateur users, we will just keep reporting bugs and problems via relevant threads. Developers of DD-WRT would read them when they had the time. _________________ Router: Asus RT-N18U (rev. A1)
