More info from OpenWrt
This router is pretty powerful for its price range. However, with DD-WRT, it seems to have some pretty odd problems. Some people talk about radio issues or WiFi speeds. I am getting both right now.
I was on r35034 and I was only able to connect to the 2.4 GHz bands with one computer and for my others, I had to use the 5 GHz bands which frequently disconnected and had very low download (~10Mbps) and upload (~10Mbps) rates regardless of channel settings (I tried variations of 20 and 40 MHz channel widths for the 2.4 GHz bands and 40 and 80 MHz for the 5 GHz bands and every channel from top to bottom and it had no impact).
Syslog showed lots of this going on:
Code: | kern.err kernel: Spurious GIC Interrupt 64/72! |
As of two hours ago, I've been using r34311 and for the first 25 minutes, everything was grand. I was getting 135 down and 30 up. However, this quickly ceased to be the case. Now, I'm seeing this (and the date/time seem to be wrong too):
Code: | Mar 5 03:38:19 Frugal Fiber kern.err kernel: Spurious GIC Interrupt 64/72!
Mar 5 03:38:19 Frugal Fiber kern.err kernel: Spurious GIC Interrupt 64/72!

Does anyone have a good, fully working revision of DD-WRT for the D-Link DIR-860L B1 or have a suggestion of something I could attempt to modify in order to fix this? |
