I installed version 3.4.3. It worked, but the download information from all devices showed 0.
Tried to download and install 3.3.6, but it seems that the versions.sh file indicates 3.4.3 version so it fails. fixing it just get into various version problems...
Any idea why all downloads are empty for all devices in 3.4.3?
THANKS!!
Looks like versions.sh is out of sync with the rest of the files and it needs to match as it sets pointers for other scripts.
In /includes/versions.sh just change these lines to match whatever version you are running until Al can get them synced on his site.
_version='3.4.4'
_file_version='3.4'
or
_version='3.4.3'
_file_version='3.4'
or
_version='3.3.6'
_file_version='3.3'

I have fixed the server so that the 3.4.4 files are properly downloaded and compared now.
If you are testing 3.4.x, I suggest that you run /opt/install.sh dev again to get the latest version,
Thanks to everyone for their assistance shaking the bugs out of this one.
Sorry, my mistake! It's my main router. All wired and wireless communication is going through it. It is connected to an ADSL modem.
Just installed 3.4.4, and facing the same problem with zero downloads... ;(

Are you running a VPN perchance?

Similar issue to yoyoma2, I also have an ispBillingDay set to 29 that has worked great until this year's rollover from Feb to March. It seems like data is being collected with the daily and monthly files appearing as they should but the reports are blank (last line shows Could not open monthly data file?!?). But the monthly data file *is* there and content appears normal with daily entries from March 1 to today.
Will 3.4.4 help with this issue?
Thanks,
Ed

*many* years ago my son was struggle with proper pronouns - i.e., when to use he vs him...
He started a story with `him did...`
I interrupted and said `no he did`
My son re-started and said `him did...`
I interrupted and corrected again.
This cycle repeated a couple more times and then finally, in frustration, he exclaimed `no daddy, him were a girl...`
To which I had to respond `OK, now we have a different problem`

_ispBillingDay by definition is the *first* day of your billing cycle... your image shows that your billing cycle *ends* on the 29th which means that your _ispBillingDay value should be `30`
No. This ISP ends the billing cycle as soon as the 29th starts so _ispBillingDay=29 worked "perfectly" until this February which had no 29th. Actually the ISP's servers are either not in my timezone or reset at 11pm instead of midnight and don't use daylight savings time. Yamon's reset is off by an hour except during DST. To be perfect, Yamon would need to ask for the time/hour of billing rollover and whether or not the ISP uses DST. Probably not worth the extra complexity for an hour difference.

If you've set _organizeData='2' in your config.file, the first interval for 2018 would run from Jan 30-Feb 28 (and the data files would be stored in /data/2018/01); the second interval, with data files for Mar 1-30 should be stored in /data/2018/02 (which admittedly is a little oxymoronic)
I have not testing this exhaustively but that's the way it should work... If it is not, please send screenshots, data files, etc. to questions@usage-monitoring.com
Thanks for the very useful info. I'll keep an eye on where the data goes.

Pushing this one up again , does anyone have an idea how can I debug the missing download information? I'm using now the latest version - 3.4.4 all is working, getting nice upload graphs, but no download information.

I'm using 3.4.4 as well, working fine here, are you getting any errors in the log? Have you checked the data files to see how they look?

I'm running yamon 3.4.4 now and the reports are still blank. It seems an ispBillingDay of 29 does not work for billing period 2 which doesn't have a 29th.

Sounds like Maybe the script backend handled it OK, but the web interface is confused. Could you cd to your data folder 2018 and issue the command `ls -R` ? I am curious to see how it stored the files. I could shift mine around to replicate it and maybe dig into it a little more.
Not sure if Al is working on this or not already?
Is this the error you are both getting? I replicated the file structure here, going to see if I can get it figured out.
*** I tested setting my billing date to 28 and that fixed it, seems any "out of range" date for the previous month will break it. For you the current billing month is '02' which would have started 2/29, which does not exist, and that's its problem I'm pretty sure. Seeing if I can figure out this javascript and fix it.
