im using ddwrt v3.0 r33772 on wrt1900acs...everything working as expected only router torrent client (transmission) has reduced performance...
i download a 1.76 GB torrent movie from a laptop connected wirelesly to the router with 5 MB/sec almost constant (40 Mbit/sec) in about 5 minutes...
then i download the same torrent again from the router torrent client on an ntfs usb stick connected to usb3 port. router is connected with ethernet to the modem and the download lasts 5 times longer (about 25 mins)...speed is variable (and way less than 5 MB/sec) sometimes dropping to 0 and staying there for some time...
can somebody explain this irregular behaviour ? |
