VLAN Configuration not possible WRT3200ACM

Hello,
i tried to configure WiFi with virtual, unbridged Interfaces. The different SSID should be separated by different VLANs (100-103).
If i add one VLAN, select Interface and then applying settings everything is fine. Adding one additional VLAN won't work: Interface-List shows only br0, eth0, eth1 and eth1.101. The other interfaces are missing and the first configured VLAN switched back to br0. Is this a known issue or whats going wrong?

I had the same problem with adding virtual interface it completely messed all the wifi settings.
I had to reset the router and reinstall my backup.
