Status or Login Page showing Alphanumerics instead

I have a funny issue I don't even know how to search for it here or on Google.

My router has been working fine for over a year and suddenly just started behaving funny. Instead of a status page on 192.168.1.1, I'm getting a blank page with random HEX alphanumerics e.g "d6 159 b1 80 84 90 1d", like what you'd see if you tried accessing a printer IP. See attached image.

I've tried resetting my router to no avail. Any help resolving this will be highly appreciated.

Try internet Explorer.
With such an old build (over 10 years old?) use an ancient webbrowser Smile
