Route All Traffic through Proxy with authentication settings

I have been spending a lot of time trying to figure that out and i cant find anything on it.
i am using Kong last build on the Netgear R7000. the open VPN with 3 different providers gives me a significant reduction on speed (70% less). i would love to know if there is a way to route all traffic through a proxy that requires authentication? same as you use on a browser.
privacy/encryption isn't important, just trying to unblock some GEO-Blocking!
