My first router is from my ISP and connected to a cable. My secondary router is Netgear R6250 flashed with Kong-mod build 33675M.
I exactly followed the directions from Wiki and read through the relative info from the peacock thread. Because it didn't workout at first, I changed the SSID to a different one from the primary router to make debugging easier. I can't open up any webpages except Google, YouTube and Facebook. Some chatting app works fine, but most apps doesn't.
I'm not able to visit the gateway router at 192.168.0.1 (ISP's router), but the dd-wrt router at 192.168.0.2 works just fine. Interestingly, I'm able to ping evrything, like 192.168.0.1, 8.8.8.8, or any domain name of any website. This happens on my Surface 4pro, Xiaomi Mix2, Iphone 6. However, my 2 Huawei phones works normally when connected to the same secondary router.
I'm aware that the MAC address won't be transferred to the primary router and I did notice (by checking the manage page) that my primary router(from ISP) won't see my devices when they are connected to my secondary router. But my 2 Huawei phones were recognized with proper MAC address.
Any suggestions or advices are greatly appreciated.
Should you need any detail of my settings, please let me know. Thank you!
Fun Fact. This is my IP settings on my Xiaomi Mix2, and it worked out surprisingly. I set my IP address to 192.168.0.12 which is a random number. I set the router address to 192.168.0.2 which is the IP of my repeater bridge router. The DNS was 8.8.8.8. I wasn't able to access the primary router, but I can browse all the websites.

How are the routers connected, are they simple daisy chained e.g connect LAN from primary router to WAN port of secondary router?
If this is the case and your primary router is at 192.168.0.1 then reset your secondary router to default and it should work, as it defaults to 192.16.1.1 and both routers should be at different subnets.
