Hi All,

I recently bought the above router to replace my DIR-880L (that I bricked after updating to
dd-wrt20160901-r30534)

In the 'supported devices' page tew-827dru status is 'Work In Progress'.

Also I read in a EA8500 thread that BS owned this model using it for ports to other Qualcomm IPQ8064 based devices.

Can anyone give me an indication when dd-wrt support wil be available on the tew-827dru?

it is hes using it personally but i dont know why hes never released it yet, maybe forgot or something else.. try asking via the support link on the main ddwrt.com site. ive gotten many builds from brainslayer in response multiple times.

Unfortunately this devices has had the status 'WIP' for ages.

I have asked for an update on the current status and plans several times but never got any response.

In the mean time I've seen a revised version on the manufacturers web-site.

What hardware revision do you have ?
