Plex Server, HomeRun TV Tuner and an old Netgrer Stora NAS

I have successfully got everything to work; but our mains power is not terribly reliable and on everything powering up neither the TV Tuner nor the NAS can be found by the Plex Server installed on an iMac. It would be easy to set a fixed ip address for everything but this cannot be done on the TV Tuner, so the logical thing is to make the router issue ip addresses based on the mac addresses of the devices rather than use pure DHCP. I am using a dd-wrt router flashed with DD-WRT v3.0-r27365M (06/18/15) kongac but am unable to find any function capable of issuing ip addresses in this manner. Any advice/comments much appreciated as I am keen to join the cord-cutters.
