Router: DIR‑882
Bought this router to replace a TP Link a few months back after reading decent reviews and the price was good.
Unfortunately, There is an issue with the 882 and the PS4 in that the PS4 is unable to connect with WPA2 security saying the signal is too weak error nw-31295-0.
SO to get around the issue until someone fixes this issue, I'll use an ACL and add the mac addresses of all my devices.
However, I've just realised that I'm able to connect to the network with any device and so I'm assuming ACL is broken with the 882 and this firmware, or am I doing something wrong.
Attached a screenshot.
I realise that using an ACL isn't secure and mac addresses can be cloned but I don't have any other solution. |
