Ionk, did you do an nvram erase on that box prior to flash with 54604?

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't watch this topic.
The last time I did nvram erase was probably a few months ago.
(I followed egc's installation guide (which has nvram erase), and I also did nvram erase a few times during usage (to convert modes and to potentially fix some weird issues), but other than that I rarely reset).
What's your concern?
