WRT54GL Repeater Help

Basic information:

• Current DD-WRT build number in use: r54652M STD
• Router brand / model and hardware version: Linksys WRT54GL 1.0
• Include operating & wireless modes e.g. Router / Repeater
• Web interface setup screenshots: N/A

Configured for Station Mode (wireless -> wired) per https://forum.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Mode and working successfully (using it to enter this help request).

Want to configure for Repeater Mode (wireless -> wired & wireless) but unsuccessful; changing Wireless Interface Radio Mode from Station to Repeater and adding Virtual Interface loses Wired Connection and connection to Virtual Interface is unsuccessful.

I feel I'm missing something simple, does anyone have a suggestion? TIA!

Welcome to the forum.

Perhaps you want to configure your secondary router as "Repeater Bridge" rather than just a Repeater, and be attemptive that Broadcom operate different than other SoCs.
