Attempting to access bootloader on a EOC-2610 with FW 1.0.29

I've tried the batch file hack to access the redboot, I've got the EOC-2610 configured as 192.168.1.1 but I can't seem to access it no matter what I do.

Any suggestions / help would be greatly appreciated. The unit works fine, and I've read and attempted everything in the stickies.
