I am wanting to run NoCatSplash so I have upgraded to v23SP1 Generic and have turned on NoCatSplash, but when I telnet/ssh into my router I can't create my nocat folder and html file due to being out of space....

If I downgrade to the mini version I don't get any of the NoCatSplash features, but I have space available!

How can I load the mini version (to have some file space) but still load NoCatSplash (and hopefully the web config pages also)...

Try the -nokaid version of the firmware. I'm not sure what kaid is, I think you need it for something to do with Xbox online? Anyway, I got my buffalo to work with Nocatsplash with this firmware.
