v23_sp3_1201/1202 does not work with WZR-G54/WHR3-G54!

I tryed the newest v23_sp3_1201/1202 on my Buffalo WZR-G54(the same PCB with WHR3-G54), after flash the rom, the router's diag led flash red. all the lan/wan/wlan does not work. I allso tryed the v24_1202, only the wlan does not work, the lan and wan works well.

the cfe.bin and nvram,
about the nvram :
first is buffolo's default WZR-G54's firmware, after I flash Openwrt, I get the nvram.
