the wrv4 has a kendin KS8995M which is different fron the one the wrt300v2 uses so the swithc wont work
hold on. it just poped up in my mind that the actiontec mi424 uses the same switch. so could u plz try to flash the actiontec build and see what happens on the serial log? _________________ Forum Guidelines...How to get help

I was trying to flash this WRV54G with the MI424 firmware without any success. What I was doing is:

fis init
load -r -b load -r -b %{FREEMEMLO} linux.bin
fis create linux
{reboot}
fis load linux
exec
and it did not work at all:
Code:
RedBoot> fis load linux
RedBoot> exec
Using base address 0x00021c00 and length 0x006e3000
and that's it. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong ?
