could it be that the name bridge mode is more or less wrong in conjunction with linksys/dd-wrt
I do read the sticky about it and get a little bit confused
till now I was locking at a bridge to something like a hub
you put something in on one side and it gets delivered untouched to the other side
after having problems with WPA2/AES bridge mode cause it doesn't work !
I've tested WPA/AES bridge mode and run into all this problems like MAC/ARP
QUESTION:
is there a working way to use linksys/dd-wrt as wlan bridge which is acting like a bridge
handling all this nasty little protocols like ICMP,ARP,GRE,PPoE for example
